Elegant, fuzzy, and unassumingly prehistoric 🌿 The Cibotium fern has existed in forms dating back hundreds of millions of years — long before flowers dominated Earth. Some species were even used in Hawaiian culture and ancient medicine, while others inspired myths about “plant-animal hybrids.” Nature is honestly wilder than fiction.
